
Coffee ABC - E is for Extraction
When we speak of extraction, we mean the process of removing a substance from an item or a thing, often using a solvent. In our case this item is the roasted coffee bean from which we're extracting tasty contents using water as a solvent and magically creating a coffee drink.
The more we extract from the coffee bean, the stronger our drink becomes. Well, that's the definition of "strong" which coffee people use when they talk about strength.

There are many different reasons why you may want to go easy on the caffeine: General caffeine sensitivity, sleep hygene, pregnancy and breast feeding, preparing for a long race and aiming for an increased caffeine reaction during your race or simply craving coffee despite a caffeine overload.

Coffee ABC - C is for Cold Brew
As soon as the sun's out and the mercury rises above 20°C, y'all call for cold drinks. There are other cold coffee beverages like Iced Coffee, Caffè Freddo, Freddo Espresso... but Cold Brew has been where it's at for the past few years and for good reason. It is simple to make at home - even without fancy equipment.

B is for Bialetti which for most people, is a synonym for the stove-top coffee percolator, or "Moka Pot".

Coffee ABC - A is for Arabica
A is for Arabica (Coffee) which is the most widely produced type or species of coffee, accounting for around 60-70% of worldwide production. Arabica Coffee originated in what today is Ethiopia and is native only to this region, which means it grows in the wild.
