For its second season, our Queen K comes from Brazil and keeps the caramel, toffee and milk chocolate flavours as well as a big body.
The coffee is a regional blend with the aim of hitting a specific flavour profile and was produced by several farmers of Cerrado & Alta Mogiana.
It is a natural processed coffee - in which the cherries dried as a whole and then milled. This gives an extra big, smooth body and lots of sweetness.

OUR PREFERRED EXTRACTION: 19 g in, 45 g out in 30 sec., water at 93.6°C (double/two espresso using a 18g VST Basket)
