When will I receive my subscription coffee?

Your first subscription coffee will be roasted on the Tuesday after your first order and dispatched latest Wednesday. Coffee is sent through Swiss Post Parcel Economy so within Switzerland, you should receive it on Thursday, latest on Friday.


How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Click onto the login button at the top right of the site (next to the shopping cart) and sign into your account. There go to Subscriptions and make the desired changes.


How do I check when my subscription will automatically renew?

In the Subscriptions section of your account you can review when your subcription will renew.


Where do I update my payment information or method?

You can update your payment method in the Payment section of your account.


How do I update my address?

For address updates within your subscription period please inform us per e-mail (info(at)vertical.coffee) and we will change the information for the parcel shipment on our end. You will still see your old address on the recurring subscription renewal but as long as you have informed us (and we’ve confirmed the change on our side), you can ignore it.

In order to effectively update your subscription address, you would need to cancel the subscription and re-subscribe the chosen subscription. We’re sorry about this but it’s a system requirement…
