Our classic roasted specifically for filter preparation! Its key flavours of milk chocolate and hazelnut make it a great choice for your everyday morning coffee or a casual cup during the day: There’s lots of sweetness, a creamy body and while being clean and clear, true to our signature light roast style. Great for all types of filter preparation (percolation or immersion).

OUR PREFERRED EXTRACTION:  In the V60, 15 g of medium coarse grounds, water at 93 °C, blooming for 20 sec. with 30 g of water, then steady slow pour up to 250 g of water within 2 min. Total extraction time of 2:30 min.
