This short but demanding loop takes you right up the steep Erlihofstrasse into the forest above Unterlunkhofen, up towards Lieli and down to Birmensdorf. There you can quickly catch a glimpse of the cars on the Autobahn below before you head back to quiet farmland leading you to Aesch and Islisberg. After a quick descent you take the small grass trail. Do not miss the turn for the little bridge that gets you over the water. And be aware of the next turn to the right as the road sharply rises and gets technical for a short section which might force you to get off your bike. But no worries, the rest of the loop is all smooth sailing back towards Unterlunkhofen
