This quite demanding loop takes you over some quite farm roads toward Boswil where you will feel some real Vertical vibes climbing towards Guggibad. To loosen up those legs you will be allowed a nice descend back towards Boswil and then get into the proper climb towards Niesenberg. Catch a glimpse of beautiful Lake Hallwil while you're on the backside of Lindenberg. Do not miss the Kneippanlage after Bettwil if you want to chill for a while. Then head back to cross the ridge of Lindenberg back towards Reuss valley and enjoy some fun trails in the meadow above and below Guggibad. The rest is an easy spin back through Muri where you might find some gelato near the Kloster to sweeten the ride.
