After an easy roll out from Vertical HQ you enter the Jonental and soon will be climbing towards Islisberg. The route then takes you down and trough the Village of Aesch and up again on a tame gradient towards Altenberg. From there it's all on easy forest roads straight down to Unterlunkhofen again.

This route was part of the Gravel Discovery Ride in 2025.
