As a women run roastery we're always searching for coffees produced by women and our Green Coffee Partners at Primavera Green Coffee do a great job sourcing fantastic coffees from some amazing women producers.
It's the third year that we've purchased coffee from Juana Jimenez and Finca La Esperanza and it has always been exceptional in complexity, punch and zing. But when cupping the Guatemalan Coffees this year, it absolutely blew us away and we knew right away, we'd want to offer it as a special treat for the festive season: Intense flavours of spiced rum, mango and peach while keeping that clean and crisp sparkle you'd expect from a washed Central American coffee.
